I love holiday shopping… I know crazy right? I love making my holiday gift list and finding that perfect gift for all the important people in my life. This year we are doing a smaller Christmas because we’re saving for our Spring Disney Trip (shhhh we aren’t telling the kiddos until we get on the plane). I wanted to do one big gift and a few smaller gifts for each kiddo. Lovebug is really interested in doll houses and pretend play right now so I wanted to get her some type of playset this year.

Calico Critters generously sent us the Calico Critters Secret Island Play House, Calico Critters Seaside Cruiser Houseboat and the Calico Critters Fluffy Hamster Family! These adorable sets are perfect for Lovebug and I finished checking off my Holiday Gift List!
These are our first Calico Critters and I was extremely happy with the products! They were so easy to assemble and that is a major plus this time of year. They are so easy that the directions for assembling the Secret Island Play House were right on the box flaps! It took me all of five minutes to put it together…including stickers!
These adorable little critter are made from high quality materials and it shows. The play sets come with adorable accessories. The Secret Island Play House did not come with a critter but it came with table and chairs, a little book, fish, a scuba set for a critter and a climbing vine. The Fluffy Hamster Family fit in perfectly! The Calico Critters Seaside Cruiser Houseboat comes with over 50 accessories and and a cute Critter! It’s equally as easy to assemble. It’s a lot bigger that I expected!It even has an adorable row boat and tiny island for expanded playing options.
