It’s Taco Tuesday in our house every day. Like every single day. It’s the one meal everyone can agree on and as a busy mom, that is a win. If you make tacos regularly I highly suggest getting yourself some type of taco holder. They make stuffing them so much easier. Letting my kids pick their own toppings is the key to getting my picky eaters to add veggies to their tacos. Another huge tip is to switch out shredded lettuce for kale or spinach. Chop it up and you’ve added extra nutrition to your tacos!
If you are looking for a great taco seasoning our favorite is from Penzey’s. Their spices are the best and they support fantastic causes.

Looks yummy. Thank you for the recipe
I haven’t tried tacos with kale before. I think it would be an easy transition though since tacos have so much flavor that my family might not mind.
