Spellbinder Celebrations review

Every day is a perfect day to celebrate. From the major events to tiny milestones, Spellbinder Celebrations by Richard Garay has you covered. Their complete line of cardstock, stamps, inks and accessories allows you to use your on creativity to make some magical.

I have to admit I love all things papercraft. I used to have a love for scrapbooking that almost crossed the line into obsession. However, with many other hobbies, they’ve been put on the back burner for a while (my love bugs don’t leave much time for quiet card making).

I got to make an adorable “Best Day Ever” treat bag and “Party Hat” card. I actually like the way my projects came out. Not too shabby for someone who hasn’t done much of anything besides toddler crafters for the last ten years. There were a few steps to each craft but the outcome was worth it.

If you have the time, doesn’t it make your gift look more personalized if it’s handmade? I think a handmade card or treat bag adds that little extra to a party or get together.

For more paper craft ideas you can check out the Spellbinders website.

Disclosure: Spellbinders provided me with a sample of the Spellbinders Celebration Collection to review. Regardless, all options stated were my my own.

I love making handmade cards for special occasions. Every year my daughter makes my husband and I cards on Mother’s Day and Father’s Day. Did I mention she is now 17? We love it! She has done it for years and years now!

I definitely agree, it does look better and feels like it comes from the heart more. I have a sister in law who makes the best handmade scrapbook like cards for people. I love the personalized touch.

I suck at making paper crafts and arts. My sister is the one good at this thing and we depend on her to do gift and package wrapping when the occasion calls for it.

What a great idea. I always feel like having a starting point would be useful as I am not the most creative person naturally. Thanks for sharing.

Even for this simplest thing to remind our love ones of a special treatment needs a personal touch and this is really like spell binding when you turn a simple card into a memorable item.

Those tags are so cute! I love that I still get the fun of putting it together how I like it, but I don’t have to spend a lot of time coming up with an idea. Thanks for sharing!
