If you’re a busy parent you are always looking for ways to get a handle on dinner time. Figuring out what to make is half the battle right?? I know we get stuck in the same recipe rut and boredom leads to take-out. I also know that not having a plan and working all day also leads to take-out. Not that I don’t love take-out, but it’s not good on the budget of the body.

We loved Prep Dish for taking the planning part out of meal planning! They plan gluten free and Paleo meals for you– including recipes and printable shopping lists. You prepare and enjoy. Here is their description:

We thoughtfully craft a week’s worth of gluten-free and paleo meals that feature seasonal ingredients to make the most of your budget, save you time and surprise your taste buds. Along with a weekly menu, you’ll get a printable grocery list and instructions for prep day — just 2 hours of preparation yields scrumptious, good-for-you dishes all week long.

You select either a monthly subscription, yearly subscription, or premium subscription. Every Friday you’ll receive a newsletter with links to your meal plan + recipes + tips. Your meal plan comes as a downloadable pdf & includes 3 pieces: 1) grocery list 2) prep day 3) dish day.

I loved that the grocery list is color coded and easy to follow. It makes a grocery trip with two kiddos a lot easier to handle. It also include easy tips to make the meals customizable to your family. Don’t like fish? They give you great ideas on what to swap. You prep one day a week for a couple hours for hassle free week night meals. It’s a parent’s dream!!!
