MY THOUGHTS
This book was perfect for my. It’s one of my favorite genres. Anything that focuses on archaeology and ancient artifacts has my attention. The author, NLB Horton, does an amazing job telling the story of adventure and mystery. It’s a suspenseful story that was hard for me to put down once I started reading. I loved the attention to detail and the fact that you had to really be into the story.
Grace Madison is an archeologist who is going about her job when catastrophe strikes her family. They are then sent on a journey through Europe to find her daughter and figure out what’s going on with her family. The historical detail was amazing. I love history and this story definitely delivered. I love the focus on doing the right thing. This is a great adventure story with a great moral message.
This would make a fantastic gift for any suspense lover on your holiday list.

I also appreciate that you are a fan of the moral of the story: doing the right thing. My protagonist, Grace Madison, is committed to this tenet of our faith, as is her family. Writing about their adventures is a joy to me, and I’m well into book 3 in the Parched series now.
