Are you a fantasy story lover? I am. I’d much rather read a story and be transformed into something fantastical….it’s a great escape. “Hym and Hur” is a fantasy short story by Philip Frey. It provides a nice quick escape from reality in a short tale about death.

Hym and Hur are a pair of magical pranksters that roam the earth playing jokes on mankind. In their boredom the make a deal with Death to give one person the power to save people from Death. What they didn’t bargain for is giving someone the power to raise the dead.

This story is worth the read. In a brief 29 pages a funny tale is woven about attempting to cheat death. Which, in reality, is something we can all relate with.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
