It’s finally summertime and we’re excited to be by the pool and BBQ. We just opened the pool for the season and there is tons of work to get summer ready before our big 4th of July BBQ. I didn’t want to spend all my time cleaning when there is fun to be had so finding products that work great (and are budget friendly) is a must!

We took a quick trip to our local Walmart to grab our go-to cleaning supplies. My “clean squad” (everything is easier with a squad to help). The kids weren’t really up for our shopping trip but we ran over to the cleaning section to grab what we needed. When cleaning I always go for Clorox® Clean-Up® Cleaner + Bleach because of it’s 99% germ killing power. I grabbed a bottle of Clorox All Purpose cleaner to tackle the mess and kill any leftover germs from last season. After our Walmart run, we headed back to the pool to clean up and get ready. The kids are ready for swimming so I didn’t want to spend all day scrubbing. When the night is over and you’re looking around at the giant mess you know it’s been a successful BBQ. Spending amazing time with family is what summer’s all about and I intend to do as much of it as possible. Cleaning up the party is just as easy if you have products that work great. Using my cleaning squad I cleaned up all the leftovers of our party and moved on to more fun in no time. We ended the night with a fire and of course, Smores!
