It’s winter and working with small kiddos means germs galore. I’ve doubled my vitamins in hopes of avoiding everything that gets passed around. I’ve heard great things about the benefits of probiotics for not only your digestive system but your immune system as well. There are many ways to take probiotics but I prefer a supplement for convenience.
Dr. Ohhira’s Probiotics are different from other supplements because they aren’t cultured in labs but made from all natural ingredients. Made from water, fruits, and vegetables that are fermented for three years with 12 distinctive probiotic strains. Probiotics encourage the body to to grow its own friendly bacteria necessary in healthy body function.
I started taking the probiotics a couple weeks ago. The pills were easy to swallow with no “vitamin” after taste you can get from some supplements. After about a week I noticed that some of the digestive issues I’ve dealt with for years have lessened. I’m hoping to continue to boost my immunity and keep healthy during this winter that won’t end. I like how this probiotic makes me feel so I plan on continuing to take it.
Some probiotics have to be refrigerated to keep the culture active. These supplements do not need to be refrigerated and are individually blister packaged to maintain freshness. The supplement also is strong enough to survive the stomach acids (which is another problem facing some probiotics). These supplements are 100 percent vegetarian; hypoallergenic (no dairy or gluten); non-GMO so you can feel safe with what you are putting in your body.
