Award-winning children’s music artist and yoga instructor Kira Willey is back with a unique collection of 30 one-minute mindfulness exercises that can be done seated or standing, any time of day. I am a huge fan of Kira Willey (after all, she does have an amazing name!). I love her music and what she does to promote wellness in children. She is a yoga instructor as well as a musician and her calmness really comes across in her music. Mindful Moments is an amazing collection of minute long exercises to relax and calm your body and mind. The kiddos are obsessed with these moments and they are fantastic for winter days. We do them when their energy is overwhelming and we are stuck inside!
