FisherPrice Tech Toy

Kids love technology and mine are no exception. They love all things technology and I love when they take their love of technology and learn from it. There are so many options coming out with Tech Toys and I’m really excited that we were given the opportunity to try out the new Codeapillar.

The Fisher-Price Codeapillar is a great tech toy that teaches kids sequence and reasoning skills. You arrange the different segments of the the Codeapillar to decide the direction he will travel. We work on these skills with our preschool class and this toy is a great way to help them practice while they are having fun. My Monster loved changing up the segments and trying to get the Codeapillar to go from the green disc to the red. It was fun watching him decide how to rearrange them to get them to change directions. The look on his face when he figured it out was priceless.

We really loved this Codeapillar and are really excited to continue to use him and possibly check out the expansion packs in the future. I am integrating this adorable little guy into my lesson plans and letting the whole class get in on the learning fun. The lights, sounds and movement of this little guy make him very appealing for a wide variety of ages but my preschoolers really understand more about creating the sequences to get the desired effect.
