We’re always on the hunt for amazing children’s music. With music making up such a big part of our lives, I always want my children to find a way to appreciate a variety of different types of music. There really isn’t a genre they don’t love. We’re always with our kiddos and our musical choices are often put on the back burner in favor of something they want. Finding music that is a great fit for them and the adults listening is very important.
Cuddlebug Parade, the latest album from Los Angeles native Michal “Peanut” Karml, is an album that adults and children can enjoy together. It’s a fantastic album geared towards toddlers and younger preschoolers. The softness of her voice makes this album very easy to listen to. I loved the cute and adorable way it moves through each song and interacts with the listener. The ukulele that she plays just makes this album all the more fun. A few of the songs are also in Spanish and Hebrew. This introduces children to other languages at a young age. You can check out her website for more information and to watch her adorable videos.
You can find this awesome album on Amazon and iTunes! It is a perfect album to add to your lineup and would make a perfect gift for anyone with young children.
Here is a small glimpse of soft, calming voice you’ll hear on this album. One of my favorites on Cuddlebug Parade is “Ooey Gooey Mud”. It’s such a fun song for kids and she involves the listener with her interactions. The subject is perfect. After all, what small child doesn’t love mud??

This is adorable! We play a lot of music in our preschool class and this would be an awesome addition. Thanks for sharing!!
